The Monterra Community Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit fund created by Monterra Credit Union to support our commitment to financial wellness in our community.

Our Commitment
Started in 2020, the focus of Monterra Community Fund is to:
Provide resources for small businesses in San Mateo County. This includes fundraising for support of small businesses in San Mateo County facing hardships, helping them avoid layoffs and stay open or reopen once feasible, as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic.
San Mateo County childcare provider grants. This includes helping childcare providers remain open, particularly those in areas of the county serving families with low incomes, and to ensure working families have access to quality childcare.
San Mateo County Strong small business financial assistance grants. To learn more about San Mateo County Strong, please visit the San Mateo County Strong website.
Create financial wellness in our community. This includes providing and supporting financial education and literacy programs for members of our community to successfully manage their financial future.
Accept donations in support of community emergencies.
